Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health diagnoses, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet individual needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week as a full-time clinician, ensuring consistent and quality care.

• Document all client interactions comprehensively, adhering to organizational policies for ongoing case notes, assessments, and treatment plan reviews.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic mental health services, ensuring that interventions are relevant and effective.

• Design and utilize creative interventions to empower clients, helping them achieve and surpass their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Coordinate with case managers, families, and other professionals involved in the clients’ care to provide cohesive support to each individual.

• Engage actively in team meetings and clinical trainings to foster collective growth and share insights on best practices in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid LMFT license in the state of Virginia, demonstrating recognized clinical competency.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to foster effective client interaction and documentation practices.

• Proficient in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; experience with Valant is preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a remote work setting while managing time effectively.
