Senior AI Product Manager

Salary: $116,000 - 156,000 per year Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, small-business software, accounting, invoicing, workflow tools, or another complex platform environment.
• Experience launching customer-facing AI or LLM-enabled products; personal projects and demonstrated AI fluency may also be considered.
• Experience owning onboarding and activation, invoicing or billing, financial workflows, APIs and integrations, or business software tools.
• Strong product analytics and experimentation skills, including funnel analysis, measurement plans, A/B testing, and product instrumentation.
• Ability to partner with technical teams on APIs, integration architecture, data flows, and product tradeoffs.
• Clear, direct communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams in an asynchronous environment.
• Comfort working in a startup where priorities change quickly and ownership is broad.

• Own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features across a small-business financial platform, making complex financial tasks easier, faster, and more intuitive.
• Improve the new-customer journey from sign-up through activation, helping customers realize value quickly and deepen engagement.
• Build and enhance business tools such as invoicing, workflow automation, reminders, reconciliation, and other everyday financial operations.
• Lead strategy for partner integrations and APIs, creating connected workflows across accounting, payments, payroll, and business software.
• Apply LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation to customer problems while balancing usefulness, accuracy, privacy, and risk.
• Run experiments across onboarding, activation, product adoption, and retention; define success metrics, use data to guide decisions, and scale successful improvements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and go-to-market teams to launch products.
• Communicate priorities, product decisions, and tradeoffs across a lean, fast-moving organization.
