Key Account Director - Kentucky/West Virginia

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals seeks a Key Account Director to manage relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks and HCP Super Groups in Kentucky and West Virginia, driving adoption of Rezdiffra (resmetirom) for MASH treatment through strategic account planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Represent Madrigal to Integrated Delivery Systems and HCP Super Groups, engaging C-suite executives, pharmacy directors, and medical directors
- Articulate unbranded and branded messaging on Rezdiffra including clinical data, health economic models, and brand value propositions
- Provide disease expertise and market insights on MASH trends, formulary policies, and protocol development
- Develop and execute key account business plans collaboratively across sales, medical affairs, marketing, and market access teams
- Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional team interactions to build relationships and develop patient-centric solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 12+ years of account management experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive established relationships with key account RX and Medical Directors
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quantitative and qualitative targets
- Strong project management, analytical, and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60-80%; reside within Kentucky/West Virginia territory
Compensation: $217,000-$266,000 base per year
