Upstream Manufacturing Supervisor - Day & Night Shift Piscataway, NJ - Full-Time, Permanent We are placing an Upstream Manufacturing Supervisor with a leading biologics manufacturer in Piscataway, NJ. Full-time, permanent position - not contract. Two positions available - day and night shift. You will be leading a team of manufacturing associates executing mammalian cell culture and bioreactor operations in a cGMP environment, overseeing batch execution from seed train through to 1000L scale on live biosimilar programs. What you'll be doing: Supervising and mentoring upstream manufacturing associates across shift operations Overseeing cell culture and bioreactor operations at multiple scales in a cGMP environment Ensuring batch execution runs to schedule - engineering, clinical, and commercial stage Reviewing and approving batch records, deviations, and GMP documentation Leading investigations and driving corrective actions arising from batch execution Maintaining compliance with cGMP, EHS, and site quality standards Coordinating with cross-functional teams including QA, engineering, and process development What you need: 1-2+ years supervisory or team lead experience in a cGMP biologics manufacturing environment Hands‑on upstream manufacturing background - mammalian cell culture, bioreactor operations Experience at scale - 50L to 1000L bioreactor operations Comfortable owning GMP documentation, deviations, and compliance requirements BS or MS in biological, biochemical, chemical, or related sciences Relocation package available for the right candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Life Science Hub
