Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing established evidence-based treatment modalities to guide therapeutic practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' specific goals, needs, and interventions required for their mental health journey.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, including risk assessments and the development of safety plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to build community support and provide valuable information on mental health topics.

Your work will focus on serving a diverse client base, presenting with various mental health issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
