Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• State licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions for students across grade levels
• Provide consultation and resources to teachers and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, session notes, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
