DEPARTMENT: Customer Service

REPORTS TO: Director of Supply Chain Planning

STATUS: NONEXEMPT

Consistently delivers incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice and solutions. Answers questions and concerns related to the after-sales repair and service of our products. Coordinates with supply chain on orders and replacement parts for EasyCam products.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

· Works on all current & pending service issues

· Acts as the highest source of information for all service, parts, and product knowledge concerns for both employees and customers

· Coordinates with supply chain on the purchasing and pricing of all parts orders from vendors

· Oversees returns and repairs

· Work with supply chain on product component sourcing and vendor selection

· Responsible for maintaining a working relationship with all vendors on technical issues, service, and replacement parts issues

· Coordinates with Engineering and suppliers on parts and operators’ manuals

· Maintains & reports service department KPI’s

· Regular predictable attendance

· Other duties as assigned

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· 3 to 5 years’ experience with metalworking machinery a plus

· Strong mechanical skills

· Excellent oral and written skills

· Works well under pressure and manages stressful situations with ease

· Computer literate and proficient

· Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally
