What You’ll Be DoingAs an Experienced Line Cook at Three Cats, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards.
- Ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully and consistently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Assisting in inventory management and food storage.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
We’re seeking a culinary professional with the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- A team player with excellent communication and time management skills.
- A passion for food and a commitment to delivering top-notch quality.
