Post Closing Coordinator Dedham, MA $35-$40 per hour Onsite 5 Days onsite to train for 30 days, then hybrid Contract - 6 month assignment Responsibilities Review and audit all closed loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor, lender, and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate post-closing activities including document tracking, trailing conditions, funding verification, and final loan package delivery. Communicate with internal teams, title companies, attorneys, and investors to resolve post-closing discrepancies and outstanding conditions. Ensure loan files meet compliance standards and maintain accurate records within the loan origination and post-closing systems. Monitor post-closing pipelines and assist with clearing funding and purchase suspense items in a timely manner. Qualifications 2–5 years of mortgage post-closing, closing, or loan operations experience within a banking or mortgage environment. Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, compliance requirements, loan funding processes, and post-closing audits.
