ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of six with more than 65 years of combined insurance experience. I'm passionate about helping customers protect what matters most while building a workplace where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work each day. You'll also be greeted by our office dog, Ellie, who is part of the team and comes to work every day!

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steve Lane - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
