PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Over 40 hours of CPE provided annually Professional dues (KYCPA, AICPA, etc.) provided/paid for by the firm Bonus paid for new CPA license Manager What you will be doing Assist the engagement partner and/or manager with the day-to-day activities of assigned audit/assurance engagements Perform accounting and auditing procedures while following all accounting, auditing and tax regulations and professional ethics as required/expected. Build strong working relationships with the team Communicate assignment status to your team and ensuring projects are delivered to our clients in a timely manner. Effectively delegate, supervise and provide on-the-job training/instruction to staff. Appropriately manage risk (with input from the partner in charge when necessary) and ensure quality control procedures are executed on all engagement activities. Develop client relationships as the primary point of contact with our client’s senior management. What makes you a great fit for our team?
