Marketing Automation Specialist

Title: Marketing Automation Specialist Industry: Technology Location: Menlo Park, CA Duration: 12 Months | 11/16/2026 – 11/15/2027 Responsibilities Build and optimize multi-step, cross-channel marketing automation journeys for our client using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, messaging, web, webinars, and landing pages. Execute personalized and dynamic campaigns using Movable Ink, AMPscript, SSJS, audience logic, real-time data, and ABM platforms such as Demandbase and 6sense. Use SQL and Salesforce Data Cloud to create audience segments, manage data extensions, and integrate targeting and personalization into campaign execution. Manage event and landing-page experiences using platforms such as Splash, RainFocus, and Zoom, including forms, tagging, testing, and deployment. Partner with MarTech, Analytics, Creative, and other stakeholders to manage requirements, timelines, quality assurance, technical delivery, governance, compliance, measurement, attribution, and optimization. Requirements 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with deep expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SQL, and cross‑channel campaign execution. Strong experience with ABM and personalization tools, including Demandbase, 6sense, and Movable Ink, plus working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud. Experience with Knack for audience creation, logic structuring, and governance, as well as event, content, and measurement platforms such as Splash, RainFocus, Zoom, Highspot, and Tableau. Basic front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and troubleshooting campaign content, landing pages, and forms. Strong technical project management, organization, and independent execution skills in a fast-paced marketing environment; WhatsApp Business API or similar business messaging experience is a plus.
