Senior Growth Navigator

Description

• Responsible for reviewing and having a proficient understanding of a clients request for proposal instructions, deliverables guidelines, due dates, etc., in order to inform and direct the agency pitch team
• Oversee the pitch process and logistical details in preparation for proposal submission or pitch presentation
• Create best practices for new business storytelling
• Partner with strategy to create the initial pitch story outline
• Ensure that there is a red thread throughout
• Comfortable collaborating across thought leadership to move work forward and ensure new business content is being created in order to meet RFP deadlines.
• Work in partnership with Central Strategy to support the development of future-forward/predictive storytelling solutions and their incorporation into our pitch story
• Conceptualize, contribute to, and create client-facing assets (capes decks, RFI/RPF, case content, IVA etc..

• Must be willing to travel
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a service or sales position
• Must have strong writing skills
• Must have a general understanding of PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must have proven experience in consistently meeting deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with others to complete tasks

• Individual should be a self-starter/self-motivator
• Collaboration with cross functional internal and external teams
• Individual should be a good storyteller
• Individual should be organized with attention to detail

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
