Job Title: Technical Program Manager, Autonomy Location: Foster City, CA Pay Range: $95/hour + Benefits Responsibilities Partner with engineering managers and functional leads to translate high-level project goals into actionable roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables. Drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives independently, focusing on enhancing autonomous driving behavior. Support the development of programs for the TeleGuidance and Routing teams to ensure seamless integration and performance. Proactively identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation plans with cross‑functional teams. Create and deliver comprehensive updates for executive stakeholders on project status, risks, and key accomplishments. Qualifications BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of program management experience, particularly in software development environments. Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects independently and efficiently. Proficiency with project management tools such as Gantt charts, JIRA, Smartsheet, and risk matrices. Strong skills in communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear visual presentations.
