Billing Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Billing Supervisor to lead and support a team of 15+ billers. In this critical role, you will oversee day-to-day billing operations, ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, drive process improvements, and foster a high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage, lead, and support a team of 15+ branch billing coordinators on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely and accurate billing/invoicing. Organize, assign, delegate, and coordinate the billing team workload to ensure accuracy while meeting objectives and deadlines. Monitor reports and perform internal audits to validate billing accuracy and completeness. Provide real-time feedback to team members as needed. Monitor credit/rebill percentages and work with the team to identify root causes. Partner with branch locations to reduce non-response time for credit disputes from customers. Continuously collaborate with the Billing Manager to improve billing policies, procedures, and guidelines based on analysis of root causes and corrective actions for billing issues. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong leadership skills with high integrity, confidentiality, and a solid work ethic. Expert proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel; knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle preferred), Salesforce, and experience in data analysis. Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently in a challenging and dynamic environment.
