Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to identify their needs.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans through evaluation of client goals and issues, utilizing techniques such as Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.

• Provide consistent individual therapy sessions for a diverse client population, ensuring that treatment is tailored to each person’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate couples therapy to assist in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding relationships.
\n
• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on clients’ progress, actively engaging them in discussions about their care.
\n
• Maintain detailed and current client records, inclusive of progress notes and treatment histories, which are essential for effective continuity of care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, assisting clients in acute distress and ensuring their immediate safety.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines governing practicing therapy, advocating for clients' rights throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from different backgrounds and may seek therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma recovery, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must hold active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
