Solutions design and build revenue-generating automation, reporting, and workflows. This Role Will Be Responsible For Independently designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting pricing solutions, automation, and analytical capabilities used across Revenue Management. Leading medium- to large-scale projects that improve visibility into pricing actions and business performance. Translating business requirements into scalable analytical, reporting, and automation solutions. Partnering directly with pricing stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Driving the design and implementation of AI-supported workflows and decision-support capabilities. Conducting complex analyses and providing actionable recommendations that influence business strategy and performance. Troubleshooting and resolving complex system, reporting, and data issues. Serving as a technical resource and mentor for analysts and new team members. Influencing prioritization and execution of projects within the Pricing Solutions portfolio. What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) 3–5 years of relevant analytical, revenue management, pricing, technology, data science, or business intelligence experience. Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with limited guidance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated experience translating business needs into technical or analytical solutions. Experience communicating insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrates ownership and accountability for project outcomes. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline. Experience in airline pricing, revenue management, network planning, or related analytical business functions. SQL, Python, SAS, or data engineering experience. Experience building automated reporting and workflow solutions. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or advanced data visualization tools. Experience leading projects or mentoring less experienced analysts. Familiarity with airline industry data sources and pricing systems.
