Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, contributing insights to the overall treatment plan for clients.

• Provide tailored therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, aimed at addressing the specific needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments as well as ongoing evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are revisited and revised based on client feedback and therapeutic progress.

• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure they are reporting improvements and feeling supported throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals dealing with substance abuse issues alongside other mental health conditions. You will engage deeply with clients to help them navigate their challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will provide them with coping strategies and tools they need to lead healthier lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with no current suspensions or probationary status.

• Excellent communication skills that promote a supportive and soothing therapeutic environment, enabling clients to feel safe in sharing their struggles.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an outpatient treatment setting, where you utilized evidence-based approaches to therapy.

• Experience with treatment planning and implementation tailored to dual diagnoses, specifically focusing on both substance use and mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
