As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in caring for patients with complex cardiopulmonary conditions, delivering life-sustaining therapies and ensuring the highest standard of care. What you will be doing:

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care for patients with conditions such as COPD, asthma, and interstitial lung disease
• Monitor and manage patients on ventilatory support, responding quickly to changes in condition
• Perform detailed patient assessments, evaluating both physical and mental status
• Anticipate patient needs and proactively collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and recovery
• Thrive in both one-on-one care and group education settings

What you must have:

• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in managing critical respiratory cases and cardiopulmonary symptoms
• A team-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to patient safety, regulatory standards, and continuous learning
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current Oregon Respiratory Therapist License
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
