This mission will ask everything of us: urgency, precision, and relentless work.The RoleWe're hiring a Field Service Representative to support the deployment, sustainment, and operational readiness of Scout's autonomous systems in the field. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting deployed systems, ensuring fleet availability, and serving as Scout's technical representative alongside customers during operations, demonstrations, and fielding events.You will act as the front-line expert for Scout's platforms, owning system performance in real-world environments and ensuring issues are diagnosed and resolved quickly. This role requires deep hands-on technical ability across hardware and software, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate independently in dynamic and often austere environments.You will deploy with customer teams and internal operations personnel, providing on-site support, maintenance, and technical guidance.
