Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying areas of concern that require immediate attention and support. Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments, psychological theories, and best practices in mental health care. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various formats, including individual therapy, family sessions, and group workshops. Monitor client progress consistently, employing assessment tools and therapeutic techniques to modify treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the state (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
