Key Responsibilities Conduct secure, confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using advanced telehealth platforms that maintain client privacy and security. Perform thorough assessments to identify clients' relational dynamics and mental health concerns, utilizing tools and techniques tailored to their specific situations. Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on the unique needs and circumstances of each client. Apply family systems theories and systemic interventions to navigate communication challenges and resolve conflicts, thereby improving family relationships. Offer immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring safety and stability for clients and their families during challenging times. Maintain accurate electronic documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans to meet compliance with legal and ethical regulations. Empower clients with education on effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies to foster healthier relationships. Engage with our virtual team of therapists and mental health professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and develop comprehensive treatment strategies. Patient Population / Client Focus The clientele you will serve encompasses a diverse range of individuals and family structures, including those facing relationship conflicts, parenting issues, mental health concerns, and life transitions. As a therapist, your role will be crucial in not only addressing their immediate concerns but also equipping them with skills for long-term relational health. Qualifications Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada. A Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in marriage and family therapy. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a virtual setting. Commitment to practicing within ethical guidelines and maintaining client confidentiality. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in an independent work environment. Preferred Experience Experience in providing remote therapy services is highly advantageous. Background in family systems therapy and experience with crisis intervention is a plus. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is preferred. Compensation and Benefits We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
