PRN Registered Nurse

We're hiring a PRN Registered Nurse to provide in-home care across the Blacksburg region. You'll be visiting patients in their homes, doing the hands-on nursing work that actually makes a difference on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for RNs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours.

Pick up visits based on your availability you tell us when you're free, we route patients your way

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to physicians

Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans

Coordinate with our clinical team and interdisciplinary care partners

Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (or eligible)

12 years of nursing experience

Home health and OASIS experience preferred if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your own

Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines is a plus

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Flexible PRN schedule no minimum hours, no weekends, no on-call

Based out of our Blacksburg office, we cover Blacksburg and the surrounding New River Valley Christiansburg, Radford, Pulaski, Dublin, Pearisburg, Narrows, and the surrounding Montgomery and Giles County communities. You'll generally work the area closest to where you live.
