We are seeking dependable Production Operators to join our 2nd shift team. This role involves loading and unloading parts, performing quality inspections, maintaining production standards, and supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

2nd Shift Production Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.85 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 10:30pm )
- Load and unload parts on the production line
- Inspect parts for quality and report defects
- Follow work instructions and production procedures
- Maintain accurate part identification and documentation
- Help with line setup, changeovers, and shutdown activities
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety and quality standards
2nd Shift Production Operator Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
