Business Applications Administrator

Our client in Minneapolis is looking for a Cloud & Business Applications Administrator to support and improve their core systems, including Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms. This role focuses on keeping systems running smoothly, improving how teams use technology, and driving automation and efficiency across the organization. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and make collaboration tools more effective. What You’ll Do Manage and Improve Business Applications Administer and enhance CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics Configure workflows, automation, reporting, and permissions Improve data quality and drive user adoption Support integrations between CRM, Microsoft 365, and other tools Manage SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Design SharePoint structure, permissions, and governance Oversee Teams setup and lifecycle management Create dashboards and reports using Power BI Build automation using Power Automate and Power Platform Drive Automation and Efficiency Identify manual or inefficient processes and improve them Build automated workflows and solutions Use tools like PowerShell for reporting and administration Document systems and processes clearly Support IT and Security Initiatives Assist with identity and device management (Entra ID, Intune) Support security measures like MFA and conditional access Help resolve complex technical issues Lead or assist with IT projects and vendor coordination What You Bring Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive) Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) Strong understanding of automation, workflows, and integrations Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work across teams and explain technical concepts clearly A proactive mindset focused on improvement and efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar experience 5+ years working with Microsoft 365 or cloud platforms 3+ years with Power Platform or automation tools 3+ years administering CRM or enterprise systems Experience with integrations, APIs, or SaaS tools Project experience working with teams and vendors #J-18808-Ljbffr
