Human Resources Assistant

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to gain hands‑on experience across all areas of Human Resources. Every day brings something different—from recruiting and onboarding new employees to supporting payroll, benefits, and employee engagement. Duties and Responsibilities: Post job openings, review applications, and schedule interviews Assist with new hire onboarding, including paperwork and orientation Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR files Enter and update employee information in our HRIS system Answer employee questions and provide outstanding customer service Assist with benefits administration and HR documentation Support payroll and other HR processes as needed Help ensure HR practices comply with company policies and employment regulations Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department Perform other duties as assigned Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Qualifications: 1-2 years experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Staffing Bilingual: English and Spanish, required Strong organization and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
