Rotating Property Manager Assistant: Leasing & Operations

WinnCompanies is seeking a Rotating Assistant Property Manager to join our team at 1011 Washington Avenue in Bronx, NY. This role involves managing all aspects of properties, leasing, and customer service. Candidates will work Monday to Friday, and the hourly pay ranges from $32.00 to $34.00 based on experience. The successful candidate will help monitor collections, facilitate leasing, and assist in physical and financial management responsibilities.
