Our mission is to serve the needs of our customers, today and tomorrow, with products and services that exceed expectations for performance and environmental responsibility. \n People • Customers • Trust \n \n \n The Maintenance Supervisor plans, estimates and schedules preventative and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, machinery, and service systems to increase uptime and minimize unscheduled downtime. This position supervises maintenance, mechanical, and electrical staff and includes planning and scheduling maintenance work responsibilities. \n \n PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: \n \n Establish and assign routine maintenance schedules and coordinate machine downtime. \n \n Maintain inventory of parts and supplies with a focus on cost controls. \n \n Schedule work, coordinate production activities, provide direct oversight of employees. \n \n Ensure predictive and preventive maintenance programs are accomplished and repairs are completed. \n \n Establish and maintain maintenance budgets. \n \n Recommend capital improvements including assisting the design and installation of new equipment. \n \n Ensure maintenance crew understands and is able to troubleshoot all corrugator jobs and is fully trained on mechanical and electrical repairs, equipment use, adjustments, and unique situations. \n \n Maintain a clean, safe and injury-free work environment by ensuring health and safety procedures are understood and executed by all employees. \n \n \n BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: \n \n Associates degree or completed certification in production maintenance. \n \n 5+ years’ previous experience in equipment and electrical maintenance. \n \n Ability to work flexible hours as needed. \n \n Must be authorized to work in the U.S. \n \n \n PREFFERED QUALFICATIONS: \n \n Bachelor’s degree in engineering. \n \n Previous supervisory experience in coaching, training, teambuilding, performance development, and conflict resolution strongly preferred. \n \n Experience with manufacturing safety practices. \n \n \n KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: \n \n Solid analytical, mechanical, and mathematical skills. \n \n Solid working knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance. \n \n Working knowledge of maintenance of corrugated and packaging equipment. \n \n Working knowledge of manufacturing systems including shop floor software. \n \n Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple projects and/or requests concurrently. \n \n COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS \n \n \n Starting salary range for position: $100,000 - $130,000 \n Bonus: Annual – Based upon individual contribution and overall, Company performance. \n Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year. \n \n \n Paid Holidays. \n Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages. \n Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan.
