Business Analyst

Responsibilities MV Transportation is seeking a Business Analyst to support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate data, effective system functionality, and a positive end-user experience. Provide first-line user support for Workday-related questions and issues Assist with data entry, validation, and audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity Support Workday system configuration changes under supervision Participate in testing (UAT) for system updates, enhancements, or integrations Troubleshoot basic system issues and elevate more complex problems Maintain documentation, job aids, and process guides Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to resolve operational or system issues Assist with training end users and creating support materials Support system monitoring activities (e.g., integrations, time tracking, payroll inputs) Qualifications Other Skills and Requirements: Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks. Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical users Must be a team player and demonstrate positive collaboration. Demonstrate critical problem-solving skills.
