What Your Team Does

This is a high-impact Account Executive role at the forefront of redefining how the world's most sophisticated legal teams work. You'll be part of a team of AEs selling Clio's category-defining AI and legal technology solutions to the most prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments in the countrydriving change in an industry that's ready for transformation. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to shape the company's growth and elevate execution.

Who You Are

You are a proven account executive who thrives in complex, consultative enterprise environments. You know what it takes to navigate the legal market and command the room with senior partners, general counsel, and C-level executives. You bring a track record of success selling into AmLaw 150 firms and a deep understanding of what it takes to shape and close large, multi-stakeholder deals.

What You'll Work On

  • Own a named account list and drive the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification to contract close.
  • Lead product demos and executive meetings that connect legal pain points to clear business outcomes.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with legal buyersfrom innovation leads to practice heads to C-suite decision-makers.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing to shape messaging and support success.
  • Help evolve our sales playbook by capturing learnings and identifying scalable strategies.
  • Represent Clio at industry events and conferences, building thought leadership and visibility across the market.
  • Bring client feedback directly to the product team to help guide roadmap priorities.

What You May Have

  • A proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in legaltech.
  • Consultative selling skillsyou ask smart questions, read the room, and translate product features into customer impact.
  • Experience running complex, multi-threaded deals with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • High proficiency with CRM tools and sales metrics.
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings and events as needed
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align sales motions with company strategy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • At least 6-10 years of experience.

Compensation is one of the main components of Clio's Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture.

The expected salary range* for this role is $136,000 to $170,000 to $204,000 USD. The expected new hire commission range for this role is $136,000 to $170,000 to $204,000 USD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped.

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
