Work Environment\n

This role operates primarily in a remote setting but is supported by our outpatient office environment. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists and medical professionals, to provide integrated treatment to our diverse patient population. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that factor in the ramifications of co-existing medical conditions on patients’ mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing challenges associated with co-occurring medical conditions, including chronic pain syndromes, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. Engaging with this complex patient population requires innovative therapeutic strategies and sensitivity to the interplay between mental and physical health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as either an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work with individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and medical conditions.
\n
• Experience in providing integrated care and collaborating effectively with medical professionals.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.

• Commitment to upholding professional ethics and patient confidentiality at all times.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as other relevant computer applications.

• A strong capacity for teamwork and collaboration in a multidisciplinary setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
