Executive Recruiter The Executive Recruiter will manage the full life-cycle of direct-hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional positions across a variety of clients. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to client organizations while strengthening and expanding client relationships. Execute end-to-end recruitment for executive and senior-level roles. Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing client accounts. Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications and cultural fit for client organizations. Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to clients and candidates. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine job requirements and candidate profiles. Track and report key recruitment metrics and KPIs to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of direct-hire recruiting experience in a professional services environment. High adaptability and the ability to meet changing priorities. Team-player with a collaborative mindset and technical savvy. Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for helping candidates and clients succeed. Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment.
