At PrideStaff & PrideStaff Financial, we're looking for a Talent & Business Solutions Consultant to build relationships, drive placements, and grow a book of business across any industry you choose.

This is a full-desk, high-impact role where you own the processfrom client acquisition to candidate placementwith uncapped commission and accelerated earning potential from day one.

Compensation Structure (Built for High Performers)

Base Salary

• $50,000 $60,000 + uncapped commission

Commission Model (Gross Margin-Based)

Temporary Staffing (Weekly Spread / GP):

• 10% on first $10K GP/month

• 15% on $10K$20K

• 20% on $20K+

Direct Hire (Placement Fees):

• 20% of fees up to $50K billed

• 25% on $50K$100K

• 30% on $100K+

Accelerators & Fast-Start Bonuses

We reward speed and success early:

• $1,000 bonus for your first placement within 30 days

• $2,000 bonus when you cover your base salary by Day 60

• +5% commission accelerator on all deals after breakeven within your first 90 days

What You'll Do

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building

• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions

• Source, recruit, and place top talent across a variety of industries

• Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom intake to offer

• Build and grow a profitable book of business

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to earn and grow

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
