Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior school-based experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassion, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language and communication assessments for students
- Develop and help implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention strategies
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
