Hospice Physician, Medical Director

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Hospice Physician to join our well‑established interdisciplinary team. The role requires a strong leader comfortable with bedside care for highly symptomatic patients and dedicated to fostering a culture of trust and collaboration among all hospice disciplines to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Providence Hospice Oregon operates within an integrated Home and Community Services program, collaborating with Home Health, Palliative Medicine, Geriatrics, and hospital‑based practitioners to provide patient and family support. The primary goal is to enable patients to spend their time living as they wish, ideally in familiar surroundings with family and friends.
