Dental Front Office Assistant

$15 - $22 per hour

Dr. Robert Gardino

Job Description

Must have dental insurance and claims experience and be able to communicate professionally with patients and insurance companies. Experience with Dentrix preferred.

verify patient insurance
submit, track and follow up on claims
resolve claim denials and outstanding insurance balances
process payments, obtain pre-authorizations
assist with scheduling, answering phones and other front office duties as needed
