Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans, delineating clear goals and effective interventions based on client assessment.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to promote healing and education among clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, devising safety plans that prioritize client well-being.
