Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices that address client-specific needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and optimize individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain thorough, confidential, and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to facilitate client progress and engagement.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to represent the organization, foster relationships, and enhance awareness around mental health resources available to the public.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical mental health setting with a proven success in managing complex client cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
