Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and communicating with management. You will need a working knowledge of QuickBooks . The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Enter vendor bills and create purchase orders accurately in QuickBooks .
- Process daily job write-ups and track project costs.
- Match invoices with packing slips and receipts.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
- Organize digital files and receipts.
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position
- At least [1] year of experience using QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Sheets
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
