Staffing Coordinator, Advanced - Talent Acquisition

Your Role The Staffing Coordinator, Advanced, will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations. The Staffing Coordinator provides vital administrative and operational support to the recruiting team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. This role manages interview scheduling, pre-employment background checks, onboarding coordination, and employment eligibility processes such as I-9 verification and E-Verify submissions. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience High School Diploma or GED highly preferred Requires experience in human resources, recruitment coordination, or administrative support Requires strong knowledge of I-9 and E-Verify compliance processes Requires experience initiating, monitoring and adjudicating pre-employment background checks, to include drug screen results Requires excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Must be located in or near Woodland Hills, California, with the ability to work onsite weekly or as required to meet business needs Hybrid This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
