Oncology Key Account Director Arizona, New Mexico

Pfizer seeks an Oncology Key Account Director to manage strategic relationships with major organized healthcare providers across Arizona and New Mexico. The role involves developing business plans aligned with both portfolio priorities and customer care goals, engaging executive stakeholders on pricing and value, and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with portfolio and customer population health priorities
- Engage executive and administrative personnel on pricing, value messaging, and contracted products
- Monitor market trends, identify mutual opportunities, and advance quality-based initiatives at key accounts
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional Account Leadership Teams and field-based colleagues
- Align local and regional account needs with Pfizer Oncology goals and HQ stakeholder support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years pharmaceutical or related industry experience
- Oncology experience and expertise preferred
- Demonstrated success engaging academic, IDN, and large group practice accounts
- Strong healthcare market knowledge and strategic account planning ability
- Proven executive-level relationship management and negotiation skills
- Financial acumen and data analytics capability
