Are you a driven, results-oriented professional with a passion for sales and business development? The Cliffard Jenkins Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a Sales and Business Development Specialist to help grow our client base, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the agency's continued success.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Generate New Business: Prospect, identify, and convert leads into long-term clients, growing our portfolio and expanding our reach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the agency team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and success.
- Cross-Sell and Upsell: Leverage existing relationships and opportunities to maximize value through additional products and services.
- Networking and Referrals: Represent the agency at local events and engage with the community to generate new leads and referrals.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage clients, listen to their needs, and provide effective solutions.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-driven with a focus on achieving both individual and team sales targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the agency.
