Remote Account Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
To drive revenue growth and client satisfaction, the full-time Remote Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, conduct market research, and negotiate deals while collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective presentations and solutions. Key responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities Negotiate and close deals while developing strategic Account Plans and reporting on growth metrics Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients through effective communication and networking Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles in the IT/Tech industry Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus
