As a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN), you are the highest-level clinical authority on duty overnight ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards.What You'll Do:Monitor resident health and respond to condition changesEvaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergenciesSupervise caregivers and medication staffManage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignmentsOversee medication administration and narcotic countsTranscribe physician orders and update Service PlansEnsure documentation meets regulatory standardsServe as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and familiesYou combine independent clinical judgment with shift-level leadership, serving as the clinical anchor of the building during overnight operations.What We're Looking For:Active RN or LPN license in good standingGraduate of approved nursing program1+ year experience in senior care or clinical settingStrong assessment, delegation, and documentation skillsPay Range: 27.60 - 34.55Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
