This person will work in direct support of the Accounting Manager.Essential FunctionsAssist with billing, specifically in regard to Locklear/Rogers projectsReconcile jobsChange order research and help get change orders for all salesmenProper project close outComsense reports, cleaning up WIP and sales ordersResearch back charges, missing material, change orders, etc.Other relative duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsAssociates' degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experienceExperience in both construction and accounting related positions preferredMust pass pre-employment background check and drug testKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong mathematical and analytical skills requiredStrong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products specifically ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills are also criticalPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
