Vice President, Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
This leader will shape enterprise sourcing strategy and oversee a broad procurement transformation across a global, matrixed environment. The role will partner closely with senior business stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve supplier performance, and drive measurable cost optimization. It will also establish a scalable operating model and build the capabilities needed to support continuous improvement across the function.
Location: St. Louis Park, MN (Hybrid) - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $241,500 – $359,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of the sourcing operating model and transformation initiatives
- Establish governance and decision rights for sourcing practices
- Define and implement global category management strategies
- Drive enterprise-wide cost optimization and supplier consolidation
- Ensure supplier performance across key metrics, including cost, quality, and delivery
- Build and lead a Procurement Center of Excellence to enhance processes
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in sourcing
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience
- 10+ years in senior leadership roles within global, matrixed organizations
- Proven experience leading sourcing or procurement transformation with measurable outcomes
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance, and contract negotiation
- Ability to travel 25%–35%, domestically and internationally
