Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients’ mental health, strengths, and available support resources.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate client healing and development.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing clear objectives, methodologies, and progress markers.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments, crafting safety plans when necessary to protect client wellbeing.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
