Client Relationship Executive

Driving revenue expansion within a defined territory, the full-time salaried Client Relationship Executive will manage high-value client relationships, execute strategic growth initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Manages and grows relationships with high-priority clients, acting as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders Leads customer meetings and identifies cross-sell/up-sell opportunities to drive revenue expansion and maximize service line adoption Collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align strategies and drive business outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA or Healthcare Management preferred 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client relations, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine Experience working with West Coast health systems strongly preferred Valid driver's license and insurable by the company's automobile liability insurance carrier Professional certifications in healthcare, business, or project management preferred (e.g., PMP, CPAM)
