Dallas Healthcare Consultants is recruiting a BCBA for an autism and rehabilitation provider in Edinburg, Texas. This opportunity offers flexible weekday scheduling and a weekly expectation of 25–28 billable hours .
Compensation and Schedule
$80,000–$90,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
Full-time, in-person position.
25–28 billable hours per week.
Flexible scheduling within office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., while meeting billable requirements and clinical responsibilities.
Electronic medical record system planned; platform selection is underway.

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and skill assessments.
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Analyze treatment data and adjust interventions based on progress.
- Supervise and support behavior technicians.
- Provide caregiver education and training.
- Collaborate with families and other treating professionals.
- Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification.
- Active Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst credential by the start date.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision skills.
- Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to supporting clients and families through evidence-based care.
