Business Development Associate

HopeTree Family Services is seeking a motivated and engaging Recruiter to promote our programs and recruit families for our Therapeutic Foster Care and Sponsored Residential Programs. This position focuses on community outreach through media, events, churches, and civic groups to attract and support potential provider families through the initial certification process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts across various platforms and community events.
• Build and maintain partnerships with churches, civic groups, and local organizations.
• Respond to and manage inquiries from interested families.
• Track recruitment efforts and provide data-driven reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and family transitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in sociology, business, marketing, psychology, or related human services field.
• Experience in marketing, public relations, or human services preferred.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and represent the agency professionally in the community.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: From $52,910.00 per year
